Sheet metal bending angle gauge "EZ Squarer"
The bending angle can be measured easily and quickly.
Traditionally, after bending a product, we used a square to input the bending angle correction value into the NC device based on the "gap" between the product and the square. In the bending work environment, the number of experienced workers has been decreasing year by year, while the number of younger workers and foreign laborers has been increasing. Therefore, we developed the EZ Square, which allows anyone to easily and quickly correct the bending angle. The bending angle can now be determined using a "scale" (graduation) as used with calipers, rather than relying on the "gap."
